PerfectArcs^TM is a one coat, PTFE free, water based coating specially designed for welding applications where excellent temperature resistance and release is required. This coating has outstanding adhesion to most common metals. Being that it is a PTFE free coating, it can withstand continuous temperature resistance up to 600°F, and peaks of 700°F.

PerfectArcs^TM is also free of any Perfluorooctanoic Acids (PFOA).

For Weld Fixtures and Tooling:

FluoroClad SDFC is a two coat water based PTFE coating that is internally reinforced with Titanium. It exhibits excellent non stick release properties combined with outstanding durability compared to other, similar two coat systems.

For Aluminum Weld Fixtures and Tooling:

Armordize^TM is an aluminum oxide conversion coating that is ideal for the protection of aluminum surfaces from weld spatter and slag that may occur during the welding process.

Armordize^TM has a hardness that is comparable to stainless steel and has improved chemical and wear resistance versus untreated aluminum.
