Tire Mold Release Coating System: FluoroClad III
FluoroClad III is a three coat water based PTFE coating that is uniquely reinforced with ceramic particles. The coating is applied to substrates that have been roughened by blasting to improve both wear and adhesion.
FluoroClad III exhibits enhanced nonstick release properties combined with outstanding durability compared to other release coat systems. This coating is compliant with FDA Code CFR Title 121, subsection 175.300 guidelines for food contact.
